The service call fee covers up to 20 miles. Additional trip charges are based on mileage. The start point for each trip begins from the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds / 1900 E. Main St. / Danville, IN. Trips are only charged one way - to your location. The current mileage rate is $3.00 per mile with a minimum trip charge of $35.00. Trip rates are subject to change without notice.
Service call rates are $150.00 per hour for 1 technician, with a 1 hour minimum plus applicable trip charges, parts, supplies and taxes. Service calls do not include repair costs. Customer should plan on being present and be able to describe or demonstrate problems / concerns. Full hookups (Electricity, water and sewer) might be necessary for some services.
Appointments are necessary and will be scheduled in the order received and will then be sorted according to location. Obviously, inclement weather will hinder some services and require rescheduling.
Service calls over 20 miles require a $50.00 deposit at time of scheduling. ($100.00 deposit for trips exceeding 50 miles) Special order parts must be paid in full prior to ordering. Full payment is due when services are rendered.
