Do you remember everything they taught you during your walk through when you bought your unit? If not, the owner's manual thoroughly explained everything to you, RIGHT? Maybe you found a good u tube  RVer  who has seen and knows your  RV.

The truth is that:

 Some dealer orientations are good, some are not. 

Although you should read your owner's manual, it can be confusing.

The internet has some good information, but probably not specific to your unit. It also has some very careless and unsafe information as well.

DID YOU KNOW? - Many malfunctions, failures, and RV repairs can actually be caused by "user error". There are several things that you can unknowingly do or fail to do which can void your warranty. Owner education can help prevent some common, costly mistakes.
